





Karrie Goldberg is the New York event industry’s best-kept secret. Her company, Kage Konsulting, has become the one-stop shop for event planners and marketers, representingover 50 one-of-a-kind venues not only in New York, but also Chicago, Los Angeles and Miami. With high attention on client satisfaction and customer service, Kage and her team use their hospitality and marketing backgrounds as well as a stacked rolodex of industry wide contacts to create effective events at their venues that exceed a brands’ expectations. Clients range from corporate leaders like American Express and Conde Nast Publications to creative powerhouses like The Black Eyed Peas and Diesel.
In 2008, Goldberg expanded her consulting work by founding the Kagency, a DJ talent representation arm, booking her top-tier talent events across the world from Abu Dhabi to Brazil, and Japan to the White House Congressional Dinners.
Goldberg is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a BBA in accounting and a minor in Japanese. After living in Tokyo working for Pricewaterhousecooper in tax, audit, new business and marketing Goldberg arrived New York in 2002 and founding Kage Konsulting. Goldberg also helped create the GINA Network – a professional network for women in the creative industries.

Jennifer Keller brings Kage Konsulting over 14 years of experience in client service, strategic partnerships, sales and marketing expertise, and event production. In addition, she has managed multi-tiered programs in the top 10 U.S. metro markets, as well as Europe and Hawaii.
Jennifer is Vice President of Klient Relations at Kage Konsulting, and is responsible for directing venue marketing and sales for the growing roster of top New York event spaces. Jennifer also worked with top companies through her own event marketing and production company, Backflip, where she produced events for Sony Pictures Classics, HBO and IFC, to name a few.
Previously, Jennifer was the Marketing and Events Director for the luxury magazine, Surface. Jennifer is also a Co-founder and Executive Director of the G.I.N.A. Network, a private networking organization for entrepreneurially spirited women in the creative industries, with chapters in New York, Los Angeles and Dallas.

As Senior Manager of Hospitality, Courtney DeBlasio directs sales, marketing and event execution at Kage Konsulting’s fast-growing roster of licensed event venues.
Courtney brings more than 9 years of experience in PR and marketing to the Kage team as well as an impressive event production resume that includes work with clients in major markets across the U.S and Canada. She also has a background in food service, catering and hospitality management.
Previously, Courtney was account executive at Toronto-based, Sirens Inc and Faulhaber PR, specializing in fashion and consumer PR, eventually moving to the U.S. where she has worked producing events for a range of clients including Blackberry, Givenchy, Smartcar and Pepsi.

Ali Kresch brings experience in Customer Service, Public Relations, and the Performing Arts to her role of Klient Koordinator at Kage Konsulting. She is the first point of contact for new clients and is responsible for fielding all inquiries; The Kage Gatekeeper, if you will.
She attended the University of Michigan where she earned a BA in English and a BFA in Theatre Performance (Go Blue!). She has worked in hospitality, fashion, casting, and as an actress off-Broadway. As the newest member of the Kage Krew, she is very excited to be working among such amazing women.
In her spare time, Ali is an activist for Animal Rights, as well as Eating Disorder Awareness. She enjoys glamour, sushi, running, and theatre.

Celia Chen is a seasoned marketing executive with 13 years of experience in strategic partnerships, public relations, event production, and editorial creation for notable clients such as Prada, P. Diddy, Vogue, Chrysler, CBS, Viacom, MINI Cooper, Victoria’s Secret, 60 Thompson Hotel, Diageo, Moet Hennessy among others.
Celia is a forward thinker with a proven track record of creating and collaborating on successful community building initiatives including, “A Night of Eco-Chic Entertaining,” an event series supporting best practices in sustainable event and wedding planning, “Brand Exposure,” a social media conference for luxury brands, and “Founders Club,” the leading event for Internet entrepreneurs and investors in New York City.
A nationally recognized entertaining expert, Celia is a regular contributor to Stirrings, The Huffington Post and Pingg as well as a notable blogger for her site Notes on a Party. She is a recognized industry resource and has been interviewed for the New York Times, TodayShow.com, Fox News, Event Solutions, Bizbash and Treehugger.
Celia is the Director of Special Projects at Kage Konsulting where she handles new business for The Kagency, the company’s internal agency which represents over 50 venues in addition to a roster of DJs, artists and industry talent, as well as unique marketing projects for luxury and consumer brand partners.
Most recently, Celia was the Director of Events at the landmarked restaurant and lounge, The Lambs Club at The Chatwal Hotel, where she oversaw close to 300 events in their opening year. Previously, she has held positions as the VP of Communications at Ghurka, Lifestyle Director at a leading PR company and Partner/Director of Marketing at her own PR and events agency.
